As slow travel experts who have explored 46 countries, we understand the value of a great travel resource tool. So why not share our favorites with you?!

Here you will find every travel tool, resource, and product to make your travel experience easier, more efficient, and stress-free. These are the travel resources we use and trust!

Find Cheap Flights

Skyscanner: I love searching for flight deals on Skyscanner because they compare airlines to find the best price. You can search traditionally if you know your destination and dates, or explore the best deals if you’re open to different dates or locations.

Expedia: Expedia is our favorite travel site for EVERYTHING… including flights. They compare airlines, flight times, and total travel time so you can find the best deal.

DailyDrop Pro: Daily Drop Pro keeps an eye on flight prices for you from your preferred airport, so you can save money when you want to travel.

Skiplagged: This awesome (and secret…shhh) website finds cheap airline tickets to any destination.

WayAway: WayAway finds deals on international and domestic flights, with no service fees and they offer cashback, too.

Priority Pass: Want free access to 1,300 airport lounges? That’s right, escape the crowded terminals and travel in comfort and style.

Accommodations

Expedia: We love Expedia. They offer the best hotels at competitive prices and amazing customer service. And it’s super easy to plan your whole trip in one place – flights, hotels, and car rentals.

Booking.com: They offer every kind of accommodation from luxury hotels and villas to family-run guesthouses, apartments, and boutique hotels. Plus, they have competitive prices and flexible booking options.

VRBO: Vrbo is perfect if you’re looking for a unique or longer stay, or traveling in a small group. They offer a variety of accommodations, lower service fees, more flexibility, and good customer service.

Airbnb We liked Airbnb and used it a ton over the years. But, between their non-refundable listings and crappy customer service, we don’t use them anymore. Just a heads up, if you choose to book.

Rental Cars

Discover Cars: We love Discover Cars. They compare a variety of providers to find the cheapest rate possible for your trip. They offer comprehensive insurance, and have great customer service, too.

Go City: With Go City, you can skip the line (and the hassle) with an all-access pass! They bundle the city’s top attractions and hidden gems into one digital pass on your mobile phone. It’s that easy!

Travel Insurance

InsureMyTrip: InsureMyTrip compares prices and policies so you can find the right coverage at the best price. They have a feature to ensure your policy includes pre-existing conditions too.

KnowRoaming This eSIM makes it easy to connect to wireless providers in over 200 countries so you can chat or text while abroad.

Travel Electronics

GPS: TomTom: TomTom is a top-rated GPS that uses maps and verbal instructions so you don’t get lost. Maps are an additional cost outside of North America but are easy to buy and install.

GPS: Garmin: Similar to TomTom, Garmin is a fantastic GPS with a clear screen that shows maps and upcoming streets, it helps you stay on track, even in unfamiliar places.

Hands–Free Car Mount: Perfect if you prefer to use Google Maps for GPS. It sticks to your dashboard or windshield, is adjustable, and fits any phone size, so you don’t break any distracted driving laws.

Universal Converter: You need this converter to change the voltage going into a device, like a blowdryer. North America uses 120 V, but many countries use 240 V. Research your destination’s voltage first.
